Mountain View Eye

I was in the market for the new Meta glasses with prescription lenses and reached out to their Facebook page on Saturday, not expecting to hear back until Monday. To my surprise, they responded the same day. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Jenny went out of her way to answer all of my questions and made the whole process easy and comfortable. As a new patient, I was really impressed with the level of service I received. I honestly wish I had switched to them sooner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and knowledgeable staff.

When trying new places, my number one priority is great customer service—approachability, kindness, and genuine care. That’s exactly what I experienced here. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. The doctor was punctual, easy to talk to, and made the entire visit comfortable. The selection of frames is excellent, with plenty of stylish and affordable options. I honestly wish I had come here sooner. If you’re looking for a new place to trust with your eye care needs, this is a 10/10

I had an unplanned visit to Mountain View Eye due to an eye issue I was having. Everyone was SO wonderful. Dr. Zatorsky was so friendly and took the time to explained everything to me. He didn't pressure me to do any testing that wasn't absolutely necessary and his bedside manner was amazing. It was nice to be talked to as a person vs. just another patient. 1000% recommend.

Waiting time was very short. The lady who checked me in was very polite and professional. Dr. Krepps was thorough and pleasant. I didn't have to wait for anything. I'm glad to have chosen Mountain View Eye Center. Good hands with good staff!

As usual Dr. Zatorsky was his friendly, efficient, professional self. The girl who fitted me for new glasses was very helpful in helping me chose the best frames for me. She was very knowledgeable about the products available and was concerned that I was totally satisfied with my final choice.
