Mile Level Physical Therapy

I cannot recommend this place enough. Staff is super warm and welcoming, will always say hi to you as soon as you walk into the door. Care is super personal to whatever problem you have going on, not just a set plan for everyone with your same issue. I would recommend everyone who needs physical therapy to not think twice when choosing Mile Level Physical Therapy

I needed a total knee replacement but came to Mile Level Altoona prior to surgery. They set me up with home exercises I could do in preparation for my surgery which was sooooo helpful. My TKA was in June and I returned to Mile Level Altoona for PT post-op. I am so pleased with the treatment here. My progress is due to their kindness and gently pushing me to reach the goals I needed to meet. The building is clean and bright, equipment is new and clean. The staff is amazing! Everyone makes you feel welcome and cheers you on with each step of progress. Care is individualized and all staff is aware of what you are doing and how to do it Safely. I am almost “graduated” and will miss the team here. I am so thankful to them and so glad that I came here for my therapy!

PT was not in my plan, but life happens and here I am. I am so glad I found Zack at Mile Level! Not only are they accommodating with my schedule, which is often difficult, but they have a way of making you feel comfortable! The building is clean, and the staff is professional and friendly! They have made the process for me to heal far more successful with a customized plan!

Best place for PT!!! Light, airy and pleasant surroundings. Such a happy place to do the hard work of recovery. Extremely competent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff from the Receptionist to the PT Assistant to the Therapists. I highly recommend!!!

So glad I decided to try these guys. The staff are all wonderful; friendly, patient, great sense of humor. The building itself is fantastic, all brand new and spotlessly clean. It's also a very open and inviting environment. The PT spent over an hour with me doing an eval and really getting to know the situation. He's wonderful: he listened, was inquisitive, knowledgeable, confident. I actually love going to my appointments and their work has done wonders for my back problem. Would highly recommend to anyone!
