Gloria Gates Care

Everyone says that they are great they try to act like they're great yet i try to become a patient there and I was told they don't accept United healthcare yet my friend is a patient there and she has United healthcare. So I don't consider them a great place. I also thought there advertisment says you don't need insurance. That's a lie because I was told I do. This place would be such a help for me since I don't have transportation anymore and I need so much health care help.

Pretty crappy because you decided to cut taking UPMC insurance. I really liked my doctor, I chance offices to stay with her when she switch to your practice and have had her for years. I see too many other specialists to try and chance insurances. This has put me in a terrible position and is causing a lot of anxiety for me. I am unfortunately going to have to drop you like you dropped my insurance

I would not go here. I started coming to Gloria Gates about two years ago. I had high hopes for this place, but those were quickly dashed when I met my doctor. I saw Jamie Shaw and to say it didn’t feel like she care and was highly uninterested would be an understatement. I mentioned multiple issues I was having, just to be blown off, for her to tell me she couldn’t deal with them, and then she said she would refer me. It took months to get my neurology referral and I still have not gotten the podiatrist referral I have been waiting for. Now, I have been informed that they are no long accepting my insurance. No explanation as to why, but I found out that it’s supposedly because Dr. Zane Gates demanded double payments and since the insurance company is refusing to pay it, he decided he wi

The staff was very nice and friendly!!! At my First Visit I was Seen by Dr.Minor, he was wonderful, it has been a long long time since i have seen a doctor that actually cared. He asked many questions, he was patient and kind and he genuinely cares about his patients.

I literally just left my first appointment with Gloria Gates and Dr. Minor. I am so incredibly happy. I can't remember the last time a PCP took so much time to ask questions and understand my medical needs. I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard, and Dr. Minor is scheduling testing that I have really wanted done. His bedside manner was relaxed and calming, his exam was gentle, and he was so soft spoken. I can't recommend Gloria Gates enough! What a fantastic experience!
