Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center

This is a loved ones nightmare!! My husband got a phone call from memorial hospital late at night. They told him that they we're prepping her for Surgery! He said, " What are you talking about? " They told him she was bleeding, and Webster Manor sent her here. Webster Manor never contacted him, or me? Or his Dad. And we can confirm this with phone records! The surgery was not a success, and the next day we had to make that horrible decision. She passed. Webster Manor robbed my husband to be with his mother conscious for some hours. My mother in law must of been so scared! It gets worse. A few days later, they sent him an email saying:: WE ARE SORRY FOR YOU LOSS, HERE IS HER FINAL Bill!. Not seperate emails. I pray this does not happen to another loved one!

My mother has been at Webster Manor for a little over a month. There has been a few phone miscommunications but overall the staff seem to care. As soon as they thought I was worried they contacted me and resolved all the issues I was having that were in their control. They said they would keep me updated until her discharge because they got her permission. Blessings

Staff is very considerate for anything I need there always quick to help myself and others certainly not perfect but hey who is you know except for me lol food is ok sometimes but if you don't like it they will do what they can to get you something else but overall the manor is a good place the rehab staff also included in this. All around a great place.

The staff seem very nice maybe over worked. I didn’t think the entire floor smelling like pee was very cool. Came back to visit two weeks later. Again staff is wonderful but the entire facility smells horrible of urine. Once you get off the elevator it hits you in the face! So disgusting. Also noticed they didn’t have the air conditioning on so now it’s hot and smelly!! Also noticed a nice ceiling tile all bowed out and soiled about to fall through any day now. The grounds outside have not been kept up. Kinda sad!

Activities are great but need more funds to the supplies we need. I love doing all the activities they offer. Tammy and Laurie and Bryana is the best. We would have a long boring day without the Activities.
