Zdenek Zak, O.D.

My young daughter failed a school eye exam. I just happened to choose this office because it's close by. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Zak is so personable. It has a classic, small practice feel. Something you don't find often these days. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. If we need an optometrist again, we will definitely be back.

Been coming here since I was 10 years old, always a good experience and Dr. Zak is always very friendly. Definitely would recommend!

horrible doc, horrible office from the 1950's refused to cancel my glasses prescription 15 minutes after I chose the wrong kind. I repeatedly called and requested the glasses NOT be filled several times within 24 hours. He ordered the glasses despite my requests and told me I was NOT allowed to change my mind. I reported him to MassHealth, Fallon, etc.
