I have been a patient of Dr. Harrington’s for over a decade, and I would never consider going anywhere else. He is incredible—down to earth, honest, and practices dentistry with the utmost integrity. All too often, medical/dental practices make you feel like just a number, but not Dr. Harrington and his team. I had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The dental procedures were explained clearly, and the staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I felt confident I was in great hands. Billing was transparent and straightforward—no surprises, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. From the ladies at the front who help the office run, to the hygienists and Dr Harrington himself. You feel at ease walking through the door knowing you will be well taken care of. Predatory billing practices. Had a question over the phone about their capabilities at this office for some dental work. I was told that I needed to come in to be evaluated only to find out they are not able to perform the procedure which could have been answered over the phone. The dentist never checked an X ray, never checked my mouth out for an exam. They never got in touch with my other office about my x rays and were not prepared. They told me they aren’t able to accommodate me which is fine but, then leaving with a bill for 5 minutes when they never did anything seems predatory to me. Would not recommend this office due to their billing practices and lack of honesty and transparency. Due to lack of professionalism I would recommend another office for your dental needs to avoid the he
