I’ve recently started seeing Dr. Kao and I have to say that so far I’m very impressed by the care I’ve been receiving. I have some considerable issues with my teeth, and her and her team have been kind, gentle and understanding thus far. I’m a post menopausal woman who originally had considered dental implants- I’ve been informed that I’m not a good candidate- and I appreciate any practitioner who isn’t out to make $25,000.00 on me! Lessor dentists would have gladly accepted my money! I have a lot of anxiety regarding dental care, Dr.Kao and her team have been VERY gentle, patient, and informative as we take gentle steps to achieve what is a very reasonable care plan, which is geared towards achieving a healthy, restored smile that isn’t costing me a fortune.

Dr Rao and her entire staff were wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease from the moment I entered the office until I left. I’ve been to many medical and dental offices in the past , and can highly recommend Dr. Rao and exceptional team!

As someone with a fear of dentists, I never thought I’d actually look forward to going to my appointments. However, the team at Dr. Monica Rao’s office has completely changed my attitude! If you have any worries, the team here is attentive and helpful. The hygienists are knowledgeable, kind, and personable. Dr. Rao is the most professional and truly compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. If the dentist office you’re currently going to feels like a hassle, or causing unneeded anxieties and stress, I’d highly recommend booking an appointment at this office and getting treated like family.

Staff is totally professional and make you feel at home. They treat you like family. I actually look forward to dentist visits now. Dr. Rao is the most professional and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met in my life regardless of medical field. She has always made it a point to educate on how procedures were going to be done and why they were needed in the first. I wish all my doctors had her level of talent, skill, and professionalism.

Entering the office I was very nicely greeted, office staff was professional and very pleasant. When I was called in to sit in the chair, I followed through a clean and nicely decorated office. I was very nervous but was calmed by the girl taking X-Rays. When Dr. Rao came in, she clarified my suspicion and why I was so nervous. Lots of issues due to my fear of dentistry and not going for years. Having had 11 surgeries to my jaw, it is difficult and painful to have work done. Dr Rao talked over a plan with me and made me feel better about what needs to be done. All in all I was extremely happy with my visit.
