Waynesville Salt Room

I live in Raleigh NC, and try to drive over whenever I am visiting the area. The owner Marissa obviously knows her stuff and is passionate about her field. She is friendly, personable, and attentive. The salt room is incredible and relaxing. It feels great and so clean. It's small and cozy, doesn't have the touristy feel of other salt caves I've attended. I walk out energized, peaceful, and less congested. I also love Marissa's selection of high quality salt lamps. They are absolutely beautiful ❤️.

Heaven Sent Salt Room -a life changing space As a medical professional I was a bit skeptical about the Waynesville Salt room, but all that changed the moment I walked in the door. Upon first entering the Salt Room in Waynesville NC, I noticed how clean and pure the air in the waiting area was. Truly a breath of fresh air. When I then entered the salt filled treatment room, It seemed so much more than a chamber, but more like a salt "womb" and also a sacred space. I felt I could spent days there just breathing in the amazing atmosphere created in the treatment room, and I was hooked. Note- I have also experienced time in medical grade hyperbaric chambers, and I feel the salt room is pretty dang close to that level of benefit. Dont let the outward appearance deceive you, this place is top notch inside and is oh so relaxing. Marisa is a blast to talk to and a phenomenal business owner. The health benefits are a plus as well, felt kinda congested upon arrival and about 10 mins into the session could start feeling the benefits of salt therapy. Totally recommended!!

I have been to the salt room on several occasions and it helped my breathing, allergies and inflammation in my legs due to neuropathy. You should visit even if it is just the relaxation of the salt room and you have no ailments.
