Aspen Dental - Waynesville, NC

Absolutely love Aspen Dental! For years I put off going to the dentist trying to find one that excepts Medicaid, as an excuse. My husband convinced me to schedule one here even though they dont excpt my insurance, and they made me feel so welcome! With AMAZING staff, telling me everything I need done and as they are doing it, and walking me through a payment plan that works for me. So grateful to have stepped out of my comfort zone!

Aspen Dental not only took the time to care for my needs, they also went the extra mile to make sure I was ok FIRST and foremost. I commend Nikki, Jesse, Gelisha, and Skylar for their hard work and service. I highly recommend anyone in the WNC area to visit Aspen!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not just saying that either, they treated me very well.

Great experience here! Though they were very busy, I never felt neglected. My fellow dental patients all seemed to regard the office highly as well. All the staff, from counter to consult were very kind, gentle and communicated clearly and thoroughly. I never felt in the dark or like I was being forced into anything. The kind of environment that brings customers come back and a staff that makes them want to come back. They were all just lovely to interact with, especially Dulce. Think I found my primary dentist office. Recommend.

This was my first ever visit with them and they did not disappoint. Ive had many bad experiences with dentists that have made me afraid of dentists but these ladies are amazing. They are all so kind and willing to work with fears of the dentist. I will definitely highly recommend them to all my friends. They are fantastic.

The staff worked well as a team for my initial exam and X-rays. I had a little trouble with the one machine, but I figured out, if I held the electronic gadget in place, it wasn’t as painful in my mouth while they stepped out to take the X-ray. Dr. Cardinal was nice, thorough and easy to understand with my exam. My cleaning was done the next day. My dental hygienist was gentle, kind and educational. I hope to create a relationship with this office in Waynesville, NC. Thank you.
