Mercy Urgent Care Waynesville

This is the second time I have had to go to this urgent care. Again I received fantastic care. Lisa the NP was awesome. Took the time to listen to my injury story and provided excellent treatment. Fortunately I did not have a break but she made sure to provide me with follow up ortho information for any continuing issues. I highly recommend this facility for care. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly.

I have used the Mercy Urgent Care in Waynesville twice and was very satisfied during both visits. I was able to schedule a time to be seen and had a very short waiting time. The providers were friendly and the exam was comprehensive. I would definitely recommend this site for urgent medical care.

This low review is for the front desk only. The provider and assistant were fantastic. I was seen on 2/2/26. First I arrive to the facility at my scheduled time (was actually 30 minutes early) and the doors were not even unlocked at 11. Second the front desk worker Kenneth was not dressed appropriately for work. The attire he had one was very unprofessional and not dress code for mercy. Third, the kiosk I pad In the lobby was first turned around for patients to use. I signed in on it, the next patient went to sign in on it, Kenneth then yells “no no no we aren’t using that” at the patient then proceeds to snatch the device and turns it around backwards to where it can’t be used to check in. I set up an appointment online and provided the requested information online. Most of the information they needed was already available in the online web pages from a prior visit a few months ago, so that was great. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen right away. A diagnosis was provided based on tests made there right away. A prescription was called in directly to my preferred pharmacy and I was on my way out in less than 30 minutes.

I have been able to count on the team at Mercy Urgent care for quality care whenever me or my family members need it. Their online appointment system assures we’re seen quickly and at times that work with our schedule. The registration process is easy, the medical professionals are competent and thorough, and any questions that I’ve had after the visit have been addressed to satisfaction. Recommend 10/10
