A friendly office with professionals. We had an appointment and saw a doctor of audiology. Many places don't have an actual audiologist available at your schedule. Hearing Life always has an Audiologist in their office. The appointment date was in acceptable range. The doctor was thorough and explained the potential hearing aid in detail. She was personable and helpful. We opted to purchase a hearing aid and now have to wait a few days for it to arrive. Than a proper fitting will be done. Parking is easy and it's all handicap ♿ accessible. A good place to visit if you are in need of a hearing aid.

Victoria was very kind, informative, not pushy, did great job in testing and explaining. I really appreciate her and thankful !

The doctor took the time to go slow and really explain things she was patient. And informative. The receptionist was equally as kind. Overall just a great experience

I was impressed with the professional and thoughtful exam and discussion that I received at my visit. The audiologist is top notch, knowledgeable and professional. A big level above prior experiences that I have had elsewhere. I am confident that I am in the care of a thoughtful healthcare professional instead of a sails person like I have experienced elsewhere.

Went in for a check up but got a sales pitch and condescending lecture instead. Victoria Norman is not someone I would care to deal with in the future.
