Dr. Robin Watson is the most wonderful eye specialist I have ever been to. I have had eye issues from birth so I have been to a LOT of eye doctors in my life from age 3 when they discovered my eye issues. I first went to Dr. Watson when I moved to Austin in 1995. Texan Eye was closest place to me and so I picked it thinking I just need a prescription because I am out of contact lenses and I will find a doctor later. I was randomly assigned to Dr. Watson, probably she just happened to have an opening. Lucky for me! I have been going to her ever since ( 28 years) and she is without question the most through, kind, caring, patient and all around wonderful doctor. I went to Texan Eye and was treated by Robin Watson. I am above impressed. I was probably her last patient of the day. I was not only seen on time but I didn't feel rushed either. She was very professional as well as laid back. This was by far the best eye appointment I have ever had. My insurance sent me here and I thought I would be entering an eye exam puppy mill. The lobby was half-full and everyone was seen promptly. I will be a customer of Texan Eye from now on.

The fact that Dr Watson has been working with me for 20 years should say plenty.

They should be more professional with their clients.
