Best ER experience I’ve ever had, seriously. The staff is above and beyond. Doctor Jennifer and Nurse Laura were amazing. Genuinely made me feel so comfortable and understood. They had us in and out, and just overall were so amazing.

I had my second delivery at this hospital and had a great experience. The labor & delivery nurses, anesthesiologists and OB doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and always explained what was happening in a calm, reassuring way. Dr. Nehls was amazing — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. You can tell that everyone here truly cares about their patients. The birthing suite was also very clean and comforting, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. I’m so thankful for the entire clinical team and the wonderful care I received! Shoutout to the amazing nurses that took such great care of us (Alexis night&day nurses, Mya, Gretchen and Kay).

My experience at Watertown Regional Medical Center was excellent. My husband was taken back to a room quickly. The nurses were so kind and patient. They also checked back several times to see if we needed anything before the doctor came in. Then after seeing the doctor who was also very kind and helpful we had a CT scan and were quickly told the results. Everyone from checking in to checking out went smooth and made us feel very calm and comfortable.

I had a Nuk scan done and Craig did an awesome job. You can tell he cares about his patients by the way he talked to me and informed me of the procedure. I felt at ease and genuinely cared for.

I’m only 6 days post op but wanted to give a shout out to all the staff. Checking in was made easy and I was back in my pre op room ahead of schedule for surgery. My first contact was with Lisa, Savannah, and Julie who were all very kind and professional. The nurse anesthesiologist met with me, calmed my nerves and was attentive. Once I was moved to the OR I was met by Dr Raj and the surgical team. Everything seemed like a well oiled machine, all working together. I remember having a conversation then the anesthesiologist told me it was about to lights out. Next thing I remember is waking up in recovery, which was a blur.
