Midwest Dental - Watertown

We recently moved to Watertown and my daughter had her first appointment here yesterday. I was so satisfied with our experience everyone was so nice! My shy daughter was very comfortable with all the staff. I will probably move my dental service here as well. Thank you for taking care of us! I never write reviews but I felt the need for this one.

Melissa does great cleanings! Very gentle and conscious of needing to rinse. My teeth felt very clean without any pain! Additionally, I needed to cancel my regularly scheduled cleaning last minute. We rebooked but it was going to be many months out. I was also put on a call list if another appointment slot should open up. Thankfully, not less than a week later I got a text that an appointment was available! Subsequently I was able to get back on to my original cleaning schedule! Finally, I started going to Midwest Dental for my braces. Dr Gillingham is hopefully enjoying his retirement! I still see some of my original ortho assistants are still there. I recommend them as well!

I love going here for my dental work. Staff is amazing and it’s a comfort to see a consistent staff. The work is always explained well and not Pushing for the oversells.

I’m so glad I switched to Midwest Dental! I saw Dr Zimmerman for my initial appointment, and Jill helped me today, and I’m so happy with the service I received and the prices here. Everyone is so personable, and they really took the time to get to know me as a patient and what my needs are. I also love the essential smile plan they are a part of; it’s a great way to save money on dental costs, and combined with the prices here everything was very reasonable. They really go above and beyond for their patients!

My teeth cleaning with the dental hygienist was very comfortable and so pleasant. When I mentioned a sensitive spot Dr Kyle was able, the next morning, to take out the old filling and put in a new one. All is good.
