Walgreens Pharmacy

Been waiting 2 hours for a text confirming amoxicillin order is ready. Few more hours pass then we pull up to the window for the 2nd time to see if it will be done today. She finally confirms "give me a couple of minutes I can make it right now"... She wasn't busy nor had anyone in line while she twiddles with her phone. Thin young lady at the Watertown Walgreens. 4/30/25 around 7- 8:30pm

Called the pharmacy and they put me on hold 4 times before finally picking up the phone.

Frequently out of stock of prescribed medication even when set to auto refill. Took many request to get rx's to set auto refill even when they are they're one asking if we want to set it. Text notifications not sent when ready for pickup. Notifications that rx is ready for pickup and after driving some distance we arrive to find they are not. These problems and others happen frequently. Our experience has been that we have problems about 1 out of 3 visits.

A++ when it comes to inconvenience... They should reimburse people for the gas and/or time they waste at this place. I swear there's always something or some issue as to why they just can't ever make things easy for the pharmacy customer/patient.

Offers Moderna Vaccine but not Pfizer.
