I was hesitant to get a hearing aid. But Waterloo Southwest Parkway made it a very pleasurable experience. Gay Wucher, the audiologist did a very thorough exam and consultation regarding a hearing aid. The setup of the hearing aid was very thorough and I am enjoying my newfound hearing.

Gay Wucher is the Greatest Of All Time audiologist. I am so glad that I reconnected with her. She is such a professional and so easy to work with. She listens (no pun intended) and works to translate your needs into incredible technical resolutions. I just want to say thank you for your incredible skills that brought me back to the world of the hearing.

Gay Wucher is my audiologist and has been for some time. She's the best. I recently saw her at her new business, Waterloo, the first week it was open. It's awesome. Go see Gay at Waterloo - you won't be disappointed. ***By the way, Waze/Google Maps has trouble with the Southwest Parkway location. (Call and ask them for better directions.)

I really appreciate the Appointment starting on time. From the first hello to goodbye, I never felt rushed or pressured. Very professional and detailed explanation of my hearing and what to expect from updating the hearing aids from my test. I was encouraged to call back if my hearing and understanding was not to my expectations. Highly recommend!
