Terrible communication. I waited 2 hours for my appointment when I finally got in the dr was not friendly. The secretary was also assistant with my cleaning which was probably the reason for the long wait…half way through the exam light fell onto my chest and they proceeded to not apologize and just put it back above my face. That wasn’t even the worst part. She killed my gums while completing the cleaning so badly I had to ask her to stop. After the exam she told me I needed a filling replaced. I went to get a second opinion and they said that was crazy and was inaccurate. This place is a scam, unprofessional and unacceptable. I could not recommend.

The dentist tech referred to me as an oriental (I am Chinese). "I don't see many orientals down here". And then said, "I gotta ask, are you Chinese or Japanese. I always get you two mixed up". I never write reviews but this situation was so crazy. Made me uncomfortable and will NOT return. Would rate 0 stars if possible

Dr. Rana has been our family dentist since my kids were very small. She's kind, caring, and professional. I'm posting this review partly in response to a negative review here by "Michael." I don't know that he understands that his attempts to schedule came at a time when dental offices were all closed due to Covid. He needed a broader search to find an emergency dentist.

Absolutely unresponsive in my time of need. There website says there open when they they’re actually closed. I had to physically go to their office to see that there’re closed. This is after countless phone calls. At the very least their website can be updated as well as their answering machine message. Completely miss leading information. They Have absolutely no intention of returning any messages left to make Appointments. Very unprofessional.

I’m losing a tooth because of her bad dental work.
