Went into Warby Parker today to take advantage of their scratch replacement policy within six months, and the experience was great. The manager took excellent care of me from start to finish—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the process easy and stress-free, which isn’t always the case with eyewear. Big thanks to the team for standing behind their product and delivering solid service.

I had such a great first experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Leslee was especially amazing. She took her time helping me pick out frames, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Buying glasses can feel overwhelming, but she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been a Warby Parker customer for years! Every time I get a prescription there is no question that I am going there for my glasses. Online is just as great as in-person. I love the different colors and options. I get so many compliments on my glasses and I am eager to everyone there. I am a Warby Customer for life.

I just want to say the staff here are extremely welcoming and nice. Dauryn and Georgina were especially very accommodating. I chose some glasses that i eventually ended up changing my mind on I will say I was a bit nervous to make such a hassle but it was such a smooth and easy fix. The patience they had to make sure I got the right glasses was refreshing. There was another person there, not sure if he was the manager but he was lovely as well. Really refreshing interaction across the board! I definitely recommend going to this location! :)

Awesome experience! My wife and I both came in for exams which were given efficiently and thoroughly. We were told all the options available to us without any pushy sales tactics and Miles specifically helped me pick out a great pair of glasses when I was struggling to decide.
