I have received care from Dr. Shields over the span of several years. He has always thoroughly explained his treatment, has had a gentle approach, and deeply cares about me. It is no surprise that he received a "Top Dentists" mention in "Virginia Living Magazine." The New River Valley is fortunate to have someone as talented and professional as Dr. Shields.
I saved up a bunch of my teeth and laid them in my mouth before my appointment but Dr Shields wasn't fooled! NOT ONE BIT! This guy knows his stuff, that's for sure!
