Revolution Hearing

John Shaffer was very good at explaining what was involved with the hearing test. The process was very clear. At 69, I found out, I did not require hearing aids. Great results.

Jessie no longer works here and there's no explanation as to why. When this was Soundz Hearing he was who I saw for at least 5 years. I delt with John when purchasing hearing aids. For nearly 2 and a half weeks I was told by Penny there was no estimated time of arrival. I cancelled the hearing aids never received by phone and Penny acknowledged she did so and credited my card. That was September 19th. As of this date that has not happened. I now have disputted the amount because after repeated messages to her she never returned my call.

Very nice atmosphere. Had hearing test and a hearing aids reset. He topk all the back ground noise out and I was so happy. He was very polite and gracious He made my visit a very nice experience. I

John took very good care of us. Highly recommend.

John spent some time testing my hearing aid. Finally he found there was either a frayed or broken wire inside the hearing aid. I asked him if he could put a rush order on the repair, which he did. He told me he would let me know as soon as he received it.
