Dr Nick and Dr Jackie are amazing. We have been patients of Clarity Eye for years and have not ever experienced better service elsewhere. The entire office is so friendly, helpful, and flexible with our large family. Everyone in the office knows our family and has a rapport with each of us, its like seeing your best friends. We love that they make going to the eye doctor fun!

Clarity is my eye family! They take care of not only my eyes but also both of my kids, age 17 and 13. The staff are accommodating to the children, and their various quirks. Each of the office staff members are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Dr. Nick answers all of my children's questions and explains things thoroughly. We have been here for many years and I have personally referred many people to this team. Lastly, glasses and contacts are expensive. This group will work with each and every one of your needs. I came in with less than a month to spend a very motivated amount of FSA funds and a face that reacts to most frames with, “This is almost right… but not quite.” Lexi handled my very scientific process—mirror stare, head tilt, thoughtful pause—by calmly bringing out pair after pair without ever making me feel rushed. My doctor even took the time to go through all my medication options and found the most affordable one for me — such a thoughtful gesture! The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and they even remembered my name after just one visit. The supporting staff showed great bedside manners and really listened to my needs. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Excellent staff, greeted as soon as I walked in the door as always. During the exam Dr. McNally was friendly and took time to explain what she was doing. They were extremely helpful getting an appointment setup for one of the children. Overall experience was excellent.
