5 stars isn't enough for this office. My 2 year old had her first appointment there and all of the staff were amazing! They were so patient and so caring with my daughter. She was SO comfortable there. Dr. Kwak is so easy talk to; she listens and explains everything in detail. I definitely felt like my concerns were heard and she made the best decision for my daughter's care. I would absolutely recommend this office!!!!

Dr. Kwak is lovely. She is extremely detailed and thorough with her patients. I have been her patient over a year. I am willing to travel 3 hours just to keep such a phenomenal doctor. Pro's She is professional She is courteous She provides immediate solutions and suggestions The staff respond to email and messages promptly Con's She has limited hours If you're debating on choosing this place, don't! Dr. Kwak and a few of her staff are absolutely amazing. One last thing to note... I started allergy shots and quit when I was younger due to pain and discomfort. I have since restarted. I continue going because there is a nurse name Leslie who has the best technique for me. Every single injection I am surprised at how well I respond. Absolutely awesome experience! Dr. Kwak and the students shadowing were friendly and open to hearing our full story. This was an initial visit for my 2y.o. Feeling very pleased with where we’ve landed with an allergist team. Front desk staff was helpful with questions and checking-in. Getting established here was a breeze.

First time patient with my sixteen month old, Dr Kwak and her staff were phenomenal. We were seen quickly and she spent time with us making sure I didn't have any questions. We found out answers and came up with a plan. My daughter adored her. Highly recommend!
