Wow, 5 years later, I have the same complaint as this only other review! I was quoted a price for what was going to be done, only to come back for a "post op" appointment and told I owed more money. They had mistaken what type of procedure it was ... what?! who does that? I paid the difference as I wasn't going to continue to argue a point they weren't going to bend on. 2 Months later, I get a bill in the mail: We forgot to charge you the $90.00 consultation fee, stating, "sorry but this is your responsibility? Again, wth? who does that? Dr. Chen is great, but seriously, he needs to re-think his front desk staff!!! I'll never go back .....

I had a good experience over a year ago when I had a consultation. I recently went to a new dentist, got a referal, went over the Dr. Chens office to schedule my appointment. I scheduled my appointment for 2 months out. I specifically asked how much I had to pay. I was told, in writing, that I just had to pay my two deductibles $100. and that my total bill for the procedure would be $934 (insurance covers it). It is now the Friday before my surgery-which is scheduled for the following Thursday. I receive a call from Nina stating that when they gave me my quote they hadnt factored in their new prices-which went up.
