Walgreens

Usually I go to Costco or Sam's pharmacy for a Rx but needed one in an emergency situation. The pharmacy tech I talked to was very polite and compassionate. Even sending me well wishes to feel better when she heard about the ailment I was having. It was a simple gesture but I really appreciated it. And she made sure my Rx was ready in 10 minutes. Thank you!

The young girl working the pharmacy check out with outgrown dark roots and red hair was EXTREMELY rude. Had to scream the patients name and it’s considered respectful when you handle money to count it back to the member. I hope she has a better day.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow and has zero respect for your time. Have your prescriptions filled litterally anywhere else. Been here twice and now wont be back. Called and asked to my medicine, they said it will be an 1.5 hours...I get their 2 hours later and they say they dont have it, then they say they do have it, but I need to wait 30 more minutes. Horrible service.

The staff in the pharmacy seems competent enough, but their computer system is pure disaster. I made two attempts to refill a prescription that they had previously filled. Both times engagement. I was told they had no order even from the time when one of their staff people took it by phone! Pathetic!! My advice if you have a new script go somewhere besides the Walgreens.

This Pharmacy is terrible!! I called the pharmacy and got hung up 3 times !?!? I am really upset they were never like this years ago?? All wanted to pay my mom's prescription on the phone. My mom called and they said they would pay through the phone?? Then they changed there mine?? they said they can't?? I told my mom I'll go there in person to pay today and from now on we're going to shop for another place..the ones that will respect ya and get there story straight
