Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

As far as EXCEPTIONAL customer service goes, Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is probably the best in town!!! The staff is so extremely knowledgeable and friendly, that I look forward to speaking with them each and every month when I need to call to get my migraine injection filled. I can’t even think of another business I can say that about! Ashley, the pharmacist I’ve dealt with, is more than happy to answer any of your questions and is so friendly! The pharmacy staff ( particularly Maggie) is very empathetic and listens intently to all the details and actually REMEMBERS me when I call back. She is enthusiastic and goes above and beyond each time I call to make sure insurance clears and I will get my injection for my migraines on time. I literally wish I could give this place 10 stars. Wish I could give less. I'd give half a star for convenient location, and 1/2 star for friendly staff, most of the time. For those who gave a 4-5 star for convenient shipping to home, some of us do not want shipping to home but rather pick up at store. For us we are treated rudely and most inconvenienced. Once again a new business that as long as you are a number and they dont have to interact weekly or more often on a face-to-face basis, ok. I have sat here 3 days not taking my meds because the app shows it as prescription received but pending. I called today to inquire and was told, oh its ready but you have to call to arrange shipping. I don't want shipping. The pharmacy is 1/2 mile from me. I want to go in and pick it up. Get out of the house a few minutes. Move not vegetate at home.

This is the best pharmacy that I have ever been with! Everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about them and would recommend them to my family, friends and patients. Thank you!
