Sarah is truly amazing! Was able to get me last minute and talk me through everything that she was doing. It was over 5 years since my last massage and I was extremely tight in my upper back and shoulders. Sarah was able to relieve all of my problem areas. Would recommend seeing her! I would highly recommend Sarah at Restorative Healing Massage if you are in need of a rejuvenating massage. I have had about 15 years of chronic back and hip pain along with limited mobility in some parts. Working in the food industry it is very demanding on the body. I was lucky to book an appointment last winter for 30 minutes and within in those 30 minutes I was almost in tears from the relief. Within in days and weeks my pain had significantly reduced and mobility was slowly returning. In addition to stretching, Sarah has helped yo alleviate years of tension and pain. I am now regularly seeing Sarah about once a month or every other. I recommend a minimum 60 minutes and start there. Sarah will help to determine where your muscles are tight and work it out within the session. 5/5 ev
