Great office for my first visit. All of the staff is kind and efficient, and explained what they were doing. Dr. Thorson was thorough and explained his findings. Very responsive and professional office.

We have been patients for at least 15 years, our daughters, my husband and myself. The hygienists are wonderful. Our daughters no longer live in the state and my husband and I are recently retired. They don't accept medicare and/or it's supplements. I had changed dentists because I needed extensive work done and the quote was just too high. My husband didn't want to change because we had used the services for years however he just got humiliated by the new receptionist. Was told they didn't accept our new insurance and they had been trying to bill us for $32.00 owed from his last visit insinuating we were causing a problem for the new receptionist. We realized this is not a good fit for older people with medicare. It was a good lesson in agism.

All personnel are friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend this practice

Doctor Thorson is a true perfectionist — thorough, precise, and genuinely caring. His amazing support team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit easy and comfortable. My family has been going to EGR dental for over a decade. Highly recommend!!
