Wonderful office! Dr Geitzen goes above and beyond and is so knowledgeable and talented as a dentist, is kind and very professional. Dar, my hygienist is the best of the best! I cannot say enough positive things about her! The office is so well run from the front desk to the billing. All so wonderful!

I am a patient with a documented disability involving severe dental anxiety, which I disclosed when I became a patient of Dr. Shawn Dial at Partners in Dental Care. Despite assurances of accommodations, I personally experienced challenges with my care and customer service. The day before my first crown appointment, my father suffered a stroke. Despite this, I attended the appointment and became very emotional due to anxiety and concern for my father. During the appointment, Dr. Dial remarked, “Wow, you must have had very traumatic experiences in the past,” and later suggested medication for my next visit. I have been a patient of this dental group for over 40 years. I originally was a patient of Dr John Cook at the old office. After he retired, I saw Dr Vanderkolk and while he was working overseas, I saw Dr Dial. This office has some kind of screening process that only allows the proverbial best of the best of the best. Additionally all the staff are incredibly kind people. The hygienist (s) and dental assistants are a wonderful group. I have never had a bad experience in any way shape or form. I really don’t like having my teeth worked on and I am VERY particular about where I will go to have dental work done. This is the only place I will consider going. Excellent cleaning and exam. I mentioned I started the keto diet and was concerned about bad breath. They gave me a tip. They suggested I try a tongue scraper. I didn’t even know that was a thing. Then they gave me a plastic one to try it out and suggested I switch to a metal one eventually. That was thoughtful and helpful. It’s the little things like that I appreciate so much about this practice.
