Was unable to get the pharmacy to work eith good RX. I have been on a certain med for 20 plus years and this time this pharmacy said that it would be a 600 plus co pay even though Good RX was saying 63.oo co pay and that the pharmacy was inpuying the codes wrong, walgreens wouldn't speak to The Good Rx Rep and stated multiple times they did nothing wrong. I went to a different pharmacy in the area and after we waited for walgreens to fax over the prescription (2 hours and multiple) calls from the Pharmacy to walgreens pharmacy I was able to get the prescription and use The Good Rx app as I have been doing for the past few years with out any issues, my new pharmacy was very very helpful and kind during this ordeal

This specific store has gone downhill in the last 24 months. And is dropping like a Stone I would be shocked if their ratings aren’t dropping as well. They have a rotation of staff that is inefficient Lack of leadership And poorly trained on how to respond to issues both internally and externally . It is becoming almost common place to have an order filled wrong or late with no explanations of supply chain issues . The staff doesn’t seem to know how to respond to these things either. The competition is going to overtake these guys if they don’t fix these issues I’m sorry to say

Pharmacy techs turned us around when I tried to pick up pain medicine for my wife recovering from surgery (after being called in by Walgreens to pick it up). Said they were closing for lunch. Cash register open, 3 people standing there smiling as they closed the window on us. Cheeky behavior and clearly not being held accountable for their customer service. We'll be changing to Kroger.

I have used this pharmacy my entire life, and in these 22 years I have had very few issues. However, I felt the need to inform someone of a situation that occurred today with my father. My father went to pick up some prescriptions earlier this afternoon and spent time in the parking lot waiting for all of his prescriptions to be filled, only for Walgreens to close with no warning. No text, call, notification. While I understand that the weather conditions are poor and they had to close for the safety of their staff, I am appalled that they did not at least send out an email prior to closing. I received an email that the pharmacy had closed, but nothing prior to closing. My father has bronchitis and needs the medications he was waiting on. Hopefully he’ll be able to pick up the medications

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with for customer service. They do not have there shit together that’s for sure. And the people there no matter if they get new people or not they always have an attitude and act like they hate there job. They tell you one thing and when you get there it’s something else. And the Walgreens app sucks it will tell you a prescription is ready but when you get there it rarely is. I am switching to Kroger I’m feed up.
