Boyd's Creek Animal Hospital

The only reason I gave one star is to make a post. I request to talk with the owner and they refuse. They use their employees to take in requests. My little girl is my child amd they have proven over and over they treat her as an annoying dog. I have been coming here for 5 years and when services and staff changed about a year ago I gave them a chance. It just keeps getting worse. If you're a customer of theirs and don't see an issue with how they treat your babies or run their business, that's your right and preference. I expect a lot more and have found a new family to trust my girl with.

New puppy parents here just wanted to say Boyds creek animal hospital is amazing! The staff are so kind and sweet. They have went above and beyond to take care of our Sadie Belle. From working her in on a busy day when she was sick to phone calls just to check on her after vaccines they have supported us through it all. Dr. Marquis is absolutely the best she really loves and takes care of her patients. She has been a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to educate owners on animal care. Thank you so much for your passion and love for our fur baby!

I'm extremely happy we found this veterinary clinic/hospital. We were driving from Sevierville to Emory Rd in Knoxville anytime we needed a vet! The Knox vet was the most decent priced vet we had found since 2018. I needed to find a closer, more convenient, vet to take our fur babies too - and one day, while in a sort of emergency situation, we found Boyd's Creek Animal Hospital. They got us in very quickly (within 2 hours of calling)! They took us back to an exam room and listened to our concerns and symptoms we had noticed in our fur baby - and we actually felt HEARD for once! With the examination done, the vet told us we had multiple different options. She explained said options and actually gave us the choice of what we wanted to try and do for our fur baby. Dr Tatum Marquis is 4 paws and tail wags. Both of my pups Winston and Carson love coming to the vet. Dr. Tatum takes her time with each fury family member and answers any questions we may have.

After frequent issues with another local Seymour area vet clinic, we decided to try Boyd’s Creek Animal Hospital and we are so happy we did it. It’s been close to two years of servicing our three dogs (and now a new rescue cat who was in terrible conditions), and this vet clinic and Dr. Marquis herself have never let us down. You can tell that the entire staff really do care about our fur babies and the experience from scheduling to appointment, and follow-up is on a higher much higher level of professionalism compared to what we had been through before. The prices are reasonable, too! A recommend this vet clinic.
