2-9 25. Just left Walgreens in Seymour TN. We needed a nasal decongestant for a family member the young lady at the front counter, Alecia was very nice and told us right where to go. We were able to find what we needed and headed to checkout, Alecia was very helpful and told me that the decongestion was a steroid and very good and would clear up the infection shortly. Walgreens in Seymour is better for having Alecia working with them.
Often understocked on common prescriptions. Recorded messages are not always accurate. Good staff. Too much reliance on AI.
