Walgreens Pharmacy

I have consistently had issues with this pharmacy for months, but I continued to use it because it’s the closest to my house. For months in a row, I’ve had to email back and forth with my doctor, and have back-to-back phone calls with the pharmacy. The pharmacy claims my prescriptions were never sent, my doctor says she did. Every time, it turns out they had my prescriptions the entire time. I was told in person yesterday that I had no refills, and after emailing with my doctor and calling back today, magically my refill from December (now January) suddenly exists. I will be going out of my way to another pharmacy, because it should absolutely not be this difficult.

The Pharmacy Staff is SUPER SLOW!!!!!!!!! Trying to get 1 tube of prescribed cream I waited 18 minutes in line. There has to be a way to get faster service. Hire more Pharmacy Technicians!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy i I have ever dealt with the people's working there have no idea what they are doing the walgreens app is a joke look on the app and said the medicine is ready to be picked up go the store and they tell you it not

I called the pharmacy on Monday and spoke with a woman in the pharmacy (nice enough) to request a prescription refill. I was told it would be ready for pickup after 11:45 am on Wednesday. I show up today (Wednesday) at approximately 12:15 pm and was "greeted" by an extremely rude blond woman who acted like she either hates her job or I was inconveniencing her in some way. After giving her my name, she looks up the request, scrunches her face, and says, "I'm not sure why you're here to pick it up. It's not ready." I replied, "Because I was told to pick it up Wednesday after 11:45 am...it is Wednesday today, isn't it?" She continues, "I don't know why someone would have told you that, we're still waiting on a truck shipment. I would give it until Thursday after 2 pm." Now, I would be more fo

nothing but attitudes. lost my medicine 3 times and told them what i was told and got nothing but attitudes, my doctors said they were rude to them and then for the 4th time i have to come back whenever they have time.
