Dr. Amelia Thorpe is an exceptional physician who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. From the moment you walk into her office, you feel heard, respected, and cared for. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains medical concerns in clear and simple terms, and ensures you fully understand your treatment options. What stands out most is her compassionate approach. She combines deep medical knowledge with genuine empathy, which makes even stressful health situations feel manageable. She never rushes appointments and always encourages questions, creating a supportive and reassuring environment.

Both the provider and the nurse were amazing. Dr Jovie took time to really listen to my concerns, and in a time of need, helped me with a plan going forward. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I was able to schedule and get an appointment same day with very little wait time.

This was the best urgent care experience I have every had. The staff was friendly, genuinely cared, and educated me at every step, including me in the decisions. I would definitely return. Thank you to Matthew Norman and the nursing/support staff on the morning of 3/1/26.

The provider was courteous, excellent listener. She conveyed that she cared. I hope the medication works so that I am not in pain. The receptionist was efficient and polite. The medical assistant was also efficient and respectful.

The Place is clean well lit and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and caring. It took about 10 mins before I was called back to see a provider. My PA-C Victoria Harris actually listened to me and was very nice. This place is a one stop job for all female needs not just your typical urgent care needs love it. Sorry guys check male reviews.
