FastMed Urgent Care

Dr. Lois Wilkinson has amazing bedside manor. Speaking to her for the first time felt like we were long time friends. She truly cares about her patience, listening attentively, and taking her time. I was a self pay patient who was completely satisfied with her care. The nurse in the back was also pleasant to speak with and professional. However, the two receptionist were short in their responses and lacked personality. Being the first face of Fastmed, they set the tone for a patient's experience. I must say I was unsure what my experience would be like after registering at the front desk. These two ladies could benefit from some soft skills. Also, greeting and smiling at the patients you serve wouldn't hurt either! Overall, I left relieved that I was treated with such care and kindness.

This was my first visit, and I was feeling really sick. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with genuine kindness. The front desk and entire team were welcoming, and the office manager was wonderful. My doctor came in quickly, never made me feel rushed, asked thoughtful questions, and sent my prescriptions over promptly. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Of course, I’d rather not be sick—but I would absolutely go back anytime.

The staff was so friendly and nice. The wait wasn't long at all. I really liked the way they did things today. The doctor was so nice and concerned. The nurse that gave me a tetanus shot was good. I barely felt the needle. She knows how to give a shot!! I was very pleased with my visit.

I am a healthcare professional retired . Today my daughter came into the facility and was treated by front desk clerk extremely rudely. I know it was close to closing. My daughter was really feeling bad. it was a problem with the insurance and we were going to just pay and deal with the insurance but her rudeness made me wonder if we wanted to stay so we left. We will remain elsewhere where the service and compassion is well given. My advice please try to approach individuals better.

The woman at the front desk (so embarrassed I did not get her name) was the absolute best. So personable and compassionate. Becca was a peach as she announced my name. Very sweet and caring. Caroline was an excellent physician. Professional and thorough. I am so grateful to have been cared for by a great team who put patient first.
