Loving Hands

I waited almost 2 hours for my appointment. I could hear the doctor in the other room talking very loud. I could hear everything she was saying about the patient. Then I got moved into another room. No one ever told me sorry for waiting. I waited for a very long time and I had told the nurse respectfully I want to leave. She said oh just wait it won’t be too much longer.. after I already waited 1 hour and 45 mins. The doctor didn’t even say anything to me but I heard her yell out oh it won’t be too much longer, just wait. I ended up walking out. Very unprofessional.

This place is God awful!!! They never answer the phone, they never return calls and you can never get your medicine on time. The doctor is always on personal calls while you be waiting on her in the room over 45minutes. I am in the process of transferring care. I would never refer anyone here! This is not how your health should be taken care of.

This place is a joke. My wife has been seen here twice and DR nana is great and wonderful but the office is literally impossible to get ahold of and some of the other staff have broke HIPPA revealing confidential information about my wife in front of the whole waiting room. Referrals my wife is desperately needing have been neglected. It has been almost 2 months and we have heard nothing. I have called dozens of times and have heard nothing m. You can’t even get ahold of a person. I never ever leave reviews but this is necessary. I would not trust the administration at this office with any of my information or my wife.

Unprofessional customer service. Very rude telephone etiquette. Did not even say name of establishment, simply an unwelcoming Hello, as if they hate their job. I had to ask is this Loving Hands? She replies with a sigh.. "yes it is." I said nevermind to making an appointment after I said " can I make an appointment". How can you trust to be treated with great care in an Unprofessional environment? I do not recommend this place. Please do better.

I usually dread going to the doctor but everyone is so nice here. The receptionist is kind & welcoming. The doctor listens & genuinely wants to help you. I was happy I found this place.
