Walgreens Pharmacy

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the pharmacy. I waited in line for over 15 minutes during my own lunch break, only to be told at 1:29 PM, just as it was finally my turn, that I couldn’t be helped because it would interfere with their lunch break. Really? I was standing there the whole time, and they couldn’t take one minute to hand me a prescription I urgently needed that day? Because of this lack of basic customer service and empathy, I have to return the next day, completely defeating the purpose of picking it up during my break. This was medication I needed immediately, and their rigid attitude and poor time management made it unnecessarily difficult. Disappointed and frustrated. Walgreens should seriously rethink how their pharmacy team prioritizes patient care.

Went to pick up a prescription which was called in by my doctor a day prior. Was told that the prescription wasn’t available and that I needed to call around to the different Walgreens to see if I could find it myself. When I questioned if they were able to help me find one I was told it would be faster and easier for me to call around to do it myself. I called the local Walgreens near MONTVERDE, Florida and the pharmacist was able to help me over the phone to locate a local Walgreens close nearby and helped me transfer the prescription there. It’s nice to know that there are some helpful people at some Walgreens, but not so much at this one on 5/10/25.

This pharmacy short-changed me by 30 pills, giving me 60 instead of 90, which caused me to run out 30 earlier. When I complained and requested the full order I had paid for, the low-IQ individual who claimed to be the manager said, "We have no record of you being short-changed." How can somebody be stupid enough to say that? The only way they would have a record of short-changing a customer would be if they did it on purpose. At this place, they are always right, not the customer. Steer clear of this pharmacy.

I recently injured my back and was unable to visit my usual pharmacy as walking is extremely difficult and they do not have a drive through. Despite being busy, the Walgreens pharmacist went above and beyond to find me some over-the-counter lidocaine patches in addition to my prescriptions since I was unable to walk into the store on my own. Thank you so much for the great service!

Very rude pharmacist I was on hold for like 15 minutes and instead of apologizing he was rude I understand u can be busy and overwhelmed but does not justify being rude at least be respectful I m a physician and he hang up the phone on I wonder how he treats the patients
