Walgreens Pharmacy

I tell you this is a hard one to review. I'm giving it three stars and that is very gracious because the pharmacy is the one that makes me not give it more, some of the pharmacist are great, I love them & can go in and they will say hey Mr. ( My Name ) & I will have a wonderful experience, but some of the newer ones have kind of an attitude & Also have not gotten the whole QTY of medicine in the bottle several times & some times I have gotten more QTY then I was supposed ( Which I've heard other people say the same things ) this review is in December 2025. This has not happened to me in over 3 months now so maybe everything is better but this year out of 12 Months it's happened at least 4 times to me & that's just the times I know. But hopefully this is fixed and is no longer a problem. Ot

Diabetes medication is ALWAYS a problem. It's either the wrong quantity or no refills or expired script or insurance issue or OUT OF STOCK EVVVVERY TIME I need a darn refill!!!!. No looking forward to having to go there most times. good favor is in two nice ladies in the pharmacy with the patience of saints. They take care of me no problem. The others tend to be smart mouth & nasty spirited. When I'm being polite with you then be courteous with me.

I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to get a prescription filled that I urgently needed. After confirming with my doctor multiple times that the prescription had been sent, I contacted the pharmacy several times for clarification. On my third call, I asked if they could reach out to the doctor directly to clear up any confusion. Instead of offering help, the woman I spoke with gave me an attitude and said, “It’s a process,” and that they were too busy to call my doctor’s office. That response was incredibly disappointing, especially when someone is in need of timely medication. I understand that not everyone on the pharmacy team is responsible for this issue, but there needs to be some accountability. Long line at the drive thru. Long line at the pharmacy inside also. Very slow service. Just about everyone in line was told their prescription was not ready and they could wait or come back later. Not too convenient when I live in Tallassee.

Staff are usually rude and very uninformed. They lie about when your prescriptions will be ready causing another long trip to town. The phone is not working at least once a month. I would never recommend this pharmacy if you have another choice.
