I went here to pick up my new CPAP machine. They lady who took care of me was professional and made sure that I was fitted with the proper mask, and thoroughly explained all the insurance issues, as well running me through all the features of the machine.

I was asked to choose where I wanted my prescription for a CPAP sent to at my sleep study. This was the only option on the list provided in Wetumpka. I asked the sleep study tech about this location and she highly recommended them. I got a call from Prohealth today to schedule a time for me to come in. Hours later I went in to get my device. The employee there could not have been better. I had a lot of questions going into this but she answered most before I had the chance to ask. If customer service is what you're looking for, this is where you need to be.

I pay in monthly auto bill installments and now I’m getting letters from billing saying my bill isn’t paid and my account is going to collections. They did a good job explaining my medical device and fitting it.

I had a wonderful first experience with Anna Grace at this location. She is very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.
