Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Fort Toulouse

Grand Opening Great to have PUBLIX in our community been waiting for this for years. Experience great customer service friendly staff will be back many times will be my new pharmacy.

Make sure all lids are secure before you leave the store. When I was unloading my groceries from the back of the car I dropped my bag of prescriptions and my cough medicine cap flew off and 140 of 200 ml spilled out on the driveway. I took photos and called the pharmacy. They told me I would have to have a refill on the prescription and would have to pay another $32 even though the lid could not have been put on securely.

Due to the negligence of a pharm tech filling my family members prescription on the 9th of August medicine was taken as prescribed it's now refill time and according to the licensed pharmacist they are not allowed to refill because it's dated 2 days later now keep in mind this is the 3rd prescription being filled. I don't think it's right now my sibling is on day 2 without meds and the pharmacist clearly doesn't understand that the doctor prescribes medicine by the amount and dosage and as long as the medicine was taken according to the directions the pharmacy can fill it, insurance will pay for it. Someone needs to be let go i.e fired license taken away. if I'm not mistaken the licensed pharmacist has to authorize the prescriptions so that means she allowed the one from last month throug

Publix Wetumpka is incompetent. Had my prescriptions for four days waiting on transfer. When I went to pick them up they did not have them nor did they contact me and he read aloud a note that said contact customer. I said they were incompetent when he saw I didn’t have insurance by looking at the bottles again he said I’m not gonna fill these. You called me incompetent one too many times I said it’s your staff that did not do their job by notifying me nor by getting the correct information to begin with from the bottles I handed her and she wrote down each one.
