Walgreens Pharmacy

Lots of other reviews talk about long wait times, and yeah sometimes you have to wait a bit to get helped, but that's not the employees fault. Corporate intentionally understaffs all their pharmacies. The employees at this pharmacy location are always super friendly and helpful despite being overburdened. They have helped me out so many times when I had problems getting my grandma's medicines filled and dealing with the insurance company. Say what you will about company policies making your experience less than stellar, but the employees that work in this location are always top notch and on top of what's going on.

I would say this is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to in my 37 years of being alive. First of all the other Walgreens did not have my prescription... So they filled a partial for 2 days... And then sent me to this pharmacy.... Because they could not get the medication after 3 days. Now I'm sitting here waiting another 45 minutes after calling before I drove 30 miles. This is outrageous. Then they try to gaslight you when you try to talk to them about their customer service. Also the girl in the photo was obviously sleeping with the pharmacist.... Whom is easily old enough to be her grandpa. The cashier couldn't help but try to gaslight us on the way out of the store.

I drove 30 to pick up roommate from the er when he called to tell me he was out. To wait an hour in line, inside line had 6 people outside hade 6 cars, only be told the meds weren't ready. Dropped the roommate at home to come back to fine 9 people online and 8 cars in line. There 6 to 7 people most hiding with the pharmacist leaving 2 to work. Been here 20 minutes they just go to the second person

Walgreens consistently seems to screw up prescriptions. I thought it was just our local store. Nope. Systemic problem

SO slow. EVERY single time I come for something it takes 30+ minutes. This last time? Stuck in the drive through literally almost 40 minutes for one prescription. With a toddler In the car that couldn’t get out to potty because we are literally trapped in line. And when I arrived? 2-3 cars max infront of my in the lane. The only reason I use Walgreens is due to insurance kicking my smaller pharmacy off their providers list. They have got to figure out something.
