Horrible! I held onto their phone system 2 hrs after closing time because I wanted to see if theirPHINE STSTEM really worked. No! I would never buy anything from them because you would never get anything serviced!!

Great folks to work with in the Washington NC office. Very professional and always willing to help you. Justin is excellent in helping with hearing aids and phone pairing. Justin and Becky are always kind and courteous and go the extra mile to be sure hearing aids working properly.

Such professional people, can’t thank you enough for the intense detail on my hearing evaluation . Ms Becky was wonderful and explained everything and all the options available to me. Thank you so much

I have never been happier, I was having a hard time with my hair aids after the company I went to sold out I really wish I would’ve went with them to start off with Miss Rebecca was awesome. In every way I never force be going anywhere else.

I am happy to say that team has been as much as a person could ask to have. They are a super team in everyday. I do have to go back because my right hearing aid goes off and on at well. Thanks for being there for me. This is me and my baby Granddaughter.
