The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire visit was quick and efficient. Check-in was smooth and easy, which made the experience even better. Nurse Practitioner Sarah was amazing with my child—kind, patient, and very reassuring. We felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others!

One of the fastest urgent care visits I've ever had! Everyone was polite, listened to what I had to say, and involved me in my treatment plan. The office was very clean, and I felt welcome. Thankfully, I'm on track to feel better, but I'll certainly return if I ever need another urgent care visit in the future.

I have visited Fast Pace Urgent Care twice in the past 5-6 weeks. Everyone I have interacted with there have been delightful to deal with and proficient at their jobs. I have seen the same care provider on both visits. She has a warm and friendly bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Questions to her are answered without hesitation or research. I will use them again in the future.

This place should be closed ? Absolutely horrible … I needed a preemployment drug screen … pee test 2 hour ordeal with privacy infringement. I called ahead and made my appointment for Wednesday morning. When i arrived the doors were closed ? I knocked on the door to be met with a staff member notifying me they were closed with no staff onsite. 2 hours drive for nothing ? Why did you make an appointment over the phone if you were closed ? Returned Friday morning first thing. Kiosk not working properly so I lost my place in line… then the waiting began… 2 hours later …. I WAS FIRST IN LINE ? In those two hours I witnessed one woman dispute a charge on her card without her authorization. They did not help .. Did not care … not my job, call billing ? Older gentleman came in with an ear ach

Went there on a Sunday morning feeling very bad with cold-like symptoms. The man at the check-in was very nice and went out of his way to help get me registered (first time visit). I got in to see the nurse quickly. She checked all the typical vitals and fix a flu/covid swab. PA came in quickly and did an exam and let me know that I had COVID. Everyone there treated me very well.
