Had a great experience with Becky today. She put my son’s braces on. Very meticulous and takes pride in her work and making sure everything was done correctly. I think I was more nervous than my son, but she calmed our fears and was very thorough in explaining the each process and the aftercare. I’m glad we had the work done at this location. It’s been a pleasant experience each time and appointments and reminders are communicated well.

I Would recommend My Orthodontist in Washington to everyone. They have done such a great Job with my daughter with her first consultation to putting her braces on. She was scared, and the patience they had with my daughter was excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Friendly staff, clean facility, and there are bilingual staff which is a plus.

Very welcoming environment and fast service. Doctor spoke very clear and concise, but quick, whilst making sure I were fully understanding everything he said. The nurse (is that what their called? forgive me) was very kind and quick, and especially kind when I asked for confirmation or made a simple and correctable mistake. Overall, would recommend. They're making my dream come true.

The staff were very professional, laid back, understanding, and explained everything to me and if I didn't understand they explained it even more and pointed things out on the X-rays. They were very friendly and I would 100% recommend MyOrthodontist in Washington to anyone and everyone.
