Walgreens Pharmacy

I lived in South Milwaukee for 30 years this Walgreens on South Chicago and Drexel is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with I never can get my prescriptions on time I'm always waiting three days to a week for them just to fill it they have everything mixed up on my file so they keep messing up filling my prescriptions monthly It's an auto refill from the same doctor every month what is the problem I wish I knew now I have to go to the emergency room to get my meds because their Walgreens is too twisted to figure it out Don't go here go to the one and cudahy or go to CVS I'm telling you all don't want to go there anymore no customer service is good at that place at all no respect no kindness nothing

Would literally give 0 stars if able. This pharmacy is the WORST pharmacy I’ve used. Not just saying Walgreens, but this location specifically. They are awful. They are always late on medication refills, they never answer their phones (usually I am waiting for someone to pick up between 30 mins and an hour), they NEVER have anything in stock…. I’m always told the next day or even longer. And then sometimes one person will tell me they are out of stock and then another will say “well let me check” and they actually are in stock but don’t fill. They are terrible. The wait time is RIDICULOUS. Drive through takes forever and it’s even worse in the store. Hands down worst pharmacy

Is longest weight I've ever had at the drive-through for the pharmacy. Upon After waiting in line for more than 20 minutes at the drive-through. I was told my prescription that I had called in the day before still wasn't filled. They told me to come back in 20 minutes.

I would use this location in an emergency because it's so close to my home, but there are way better pharmacies in the area!! It seems to me that this particular store is very understaffed. I have recieved a wrong medication once, (verified by going back and reviewing WITH the pharmacist), and someone else's medication. These simple errors could potentially harm someone. Some of the staff, I am thinking of at least one man, seems put out while doing his job. I wish that Walgreens would remedy this situation because it IS very convenient for many in my neighborhood.

The young man at the pharmacy cashier was just fantastic. Helped with a snafu with another Walgreens and resolved it for. One of the most pleasant person ever I've dealt with a customer rep!
