I have always been skeptical about getting massages and didn't think they really worked. I decided to give my first massage with Liz and let me tell you she did a fantastic job. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and asked how it was going to ensure working out the knots was not too unbearable. She was very kind and explained what I was feeling when I asked questions. I came in with neck problems and tense shoulders, and she worked on all of it. Today I feel looser in all areas and will definitely go back.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! My massage was on Sunday, today is Thursday and my neck and back still feel great. I’ll definitely go back and I’ve already recommended Liz to several people.

I have been lifting weights for over 6 months now. I went in for a sports therapy massage. Liz went through stretching and other things I should be doing after workouts. Liz's massage was much needed and very relaxing. She is very knowledgeable and used multiple techniques that provided good results.
