I had a prescription for antibiotic ear drops sent here at 6pm. I called and was told "yes we have your prescription it will be ready by 8pm" I get there at 8:15pm and the tech tells me that they JUST received my prescription and guess what???! That medication is out of stock. I expressed frustration with this and got the generic "sorry. I'm not sure who you talked to...." What a waste of time.
