My experience was great! The owner, Albert, was timely, professional and personable. He was straight-forward and easy to ask questions of. And the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, also.

3 years ago I walked into Hearing Enhancement Centers and met Al and his great staff. After meeting with an Ear Nose & Throat specialist, I knew I needed hearing aids, and Al's was the third place I went to. It was a different experience from the first 2, as I was made to feel comfortable, important, and Al listened to me and my concerns, with no sales pressure to buy anything. He also checked on my insurance and let me know what my costs on several different types of aids that would work for me in different ways. Once I received my hearing aids, Al had me come back from time-to-time to see if they were working well for me and made a couple of very minor adjustments. If the pair of aids that I have ever fails, or should I need an opinion about my hearing, I will definitely be going to

Although everything SOUNDS great about this place, they’re in it for the money and that is all. Recommend going through your doctor and insurance NOT THIS PLACE. They say they cannot use old hearing aids and you NEED to buy new ones that cost thousands. WRONG. if a family member gives you a pair..they can be refurbished for you for much cheaper. ALSO. my confused grandmother came in and bought yet another $5k set of hearing aids. They fought hard when we wanted to cancel the order. THEY DO ANYTHING FOR PROFIT. patients are not first. Please go to your doctor instead.
