My little guy, 2.5, lost his attempt to thwart gravity, landed on his face and split his chin open. I got online, snagged a spot and headed over with toddler and husband in tow. We were greeted by a very kind woman at the front desk, checked in and brought to an exam room within 5 minutes. Everyone was fantastic, they made my little dude's first Urgent Care experience as easy as possible. We were reassured, the cut attended to and a popsicle offered. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my kiddo and calming a panicking mama down. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care!

I was seen in a very timely manner and found the staff to be very helpful and professional. The doctor I seen was very understanding and the prescriptions I left with that day took care of my issue. I would definitely use they're facility again. Thanks for your help

I have been here many times for myself and my children at first I thought it was great and fast. The last few times we have gone for my son's sore throat they said it was negative, but the very next day due to his throat hurting more, and the fever not going down we go to the ER and they retest and he is positive for strep. Idk why but this has happened twice here to my Lil guy. For now on we will go straight to the ER. So upset my baby has and is going through this extra pain 😢

Went here this morning, the doctor was very nice however I overheard from my room the MA Cindy was talking to her colleagues at their desk about my weight and “how tiny” I am and made a comment saying “if she hung out with me I can put some weight on her”. I found it very unprofessional as no one should be discussing anything about their patients to other people. Never mind making such disgusting comments, no one’s weight should ever be talked about like that especially by a medical professional. Will not be going here ever again.

So, I went there for the first time, I was greeted properly and nicely. I filled out my information as expected and handed it to the receptionist politely. I waited a whole hour in the waiting room with barely anyone there except for maybe 3 people. Entertainment was watching Chronicles of Narnia they had on the TV. Finally a nurse came in and called my name. I was sent to another room and just gave out my information again. I sat on the big chair like usual, waited a half an hour. FINALLY the nurse / dr walks in and just glances at me with the light stethescope or whatever spelled and walks right out.
