At an extreme low in my life, I went to Amie for the first time yesterday. Just a guy trying some self care to soften the effects of long term anxiety/trauma has had on my body. I never would have thought I’d leave there feeing SO much better. Amie is truly gifted, skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. The service she provides is life changing, and truly does help your body, mind, and soul. Thank you Amie!

I recently recommended Aime Lee Massage to a good friend.  I stressed qualities I have appreciated in her over the past few years of therapeutic services: she is a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner who operates out of a convenient and comfortable space; she helps me better understand and commit to my self-care; and she's an interesting person who is interested in me as a person; and she supplements her care with suggestions and links to resources that address my specific needs. All good things. My greatest praise of Aime involves her persistence to get to the bottom of whatever aches I struggle with. Wow! Too rating here!!! Amie has such integrity in her massage work. After just 3 visits, my chronic headaches have been drastically reduced through this massage work. I will go back again and again and again. I recommend Amie highly.

First time ever getting a massage, not gonna lie, I was really nervous and had a hard time relaxing at first, but Amy helped me calm down and held space for me. I felt great walking out, very relaxed and calm. Amy gave me great advice for getting the best out of the massage from hydration to exercise, even some yoga and mobility to add to my routine. I am looking forward to going back soon.

Amie is kind, warm and very attentive. She listens to your needs and gives focused care to those areas while still encompassing the full body. She also has great advice for working any troubled muscles after you leave and between visits.
