Hannaford Pharmacy

Wow. Totally unapologetic and lack of understanding from not only the technician but the manager Cassie as well. I understand there are strict rules with benzodiazepines, that isn’t my problem.. it’s the absence of respect for your customer that’s trying explain confusion with a brand new problem they’ve never run into before. No apologies whatsoever and no attempt at fixing the problem. Husband came home and reiterated to me that they were extremely rude to him as well. Not to mention they had a problem with him picking my meds up for me? Which has never happened.. He’s my husband. We share the same last name. We are two 30 year olds who live on a farm. I’m not some old ass Karen. Seriously, change your attitudes. You are PROFESSIONALS dealing with sick customers everyday.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever seen experienced. The staff is so friendly and personable. They will remember your name and treat you as if you have been friends for years. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the surrounding area🙂💯 CVS WAS TERRIBLE and couldn’t seem to get anything right, not even a half of smile.

I was motivated to write this review by 3 things. First of all, there has been a lot of news lately regarding pharmacies - walkouts/protests, financial struggles, etc. - and that has given me ‘food for thought’. Secondly, this is open enrollment for me, so that serves to enhance my focus on medications. Last, but not least, in the close to 10 years I have done business with this pharmacy, I have been consistently impressed with all aspects of their operation - communication, attention to detail, and, in general, excellence in all aspects of customer service. And while I can’t proclaim that a review such as this will alleviate the workloads, stresses, et al, I can say that I am tremendously grateful for the efforts of the pharmacy staff, and feel beyond fortunate. They are the BEST!!

My husband and I have used every pharmacy in Rochester and this one is the best for the following reasons. 1. They answer their phone in a timely matter 2. They're knowledgeable 3. They're pleasant and kind 4. They're fast and reasonably priced As we're on Medicare. We're so glad for this pharmacy!! We were stuck with CVS

My sons pedi GI had trouble finding a compounding pharmacy and when we learned hannaford was one they called and asked how they should write the script for insurance to cover it this was 3 days of trial and error with every other pharmacy in town hannafords pharmacist was knowledgeable and so kind! They helped our drs office get the prescription pushed through and completely covered by insurance in just a couple hours will forever be be a customer of this pharmacy!
